Each plan is carefully prepared based on recommendations from specialist doctors, ensuring safety and effectiveness - because not every therapy is suitable for everyone.
Therapies and techniques
TENS
Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation - which uses weak electrical currents to stimulate nerves and muscles, helping to reduce pain and improve muscle function.
Ultrasound
High-frequency sound wave therapy that stimulates muscles and tissues, aimed at reducing inflammatory processes and improving circulation.
Pressotherapy
Air compression technique for improving circulation and reducing swelling, enabling faster recovery and better muscle function.
Massages
Manual therapy for muscle relaxation, reducing tension and increasing flexibility, with positive effects on overall health.
Kinesitherapy
Movement and exercise-based therapy for treating injuries and diseases, which improves range of motion and functional capacity of residents.
Magnetotherapy
Technique using low-frequency magnetic fields to stimulate natural cell regeneration, reduce inflammation and accelerate healing of bones and soft tissues.
